The standard twin room was beautiful and had a lovely bathroom. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe worked well. - the bed was very comfy. - the location was excellent and absolutely perfect, overlooking the city.

Cute hotel located in a fabulous area really close to Buenos Aires as well as all the restaurants. Absolutely great and exceptionally nice room, a spa bathtub, a bidet, and robes in the room. Very amiable staff, big beds. Excellent and perfect location for our visit to Plaza Italia around 10-15 minutes walk from the property...

I always stay at this amazing place in Buenos Aires. The staff helped me print tickets once. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and security. I love the welcome drink and the coffee shop. The rooms are modern with flat-screen TVs and a lift. With breakfast, cots, and no pets or smoking allowed, it's perfect. Coming back soon!

I had the most incredible stay at Casa Chic Palermo Soho. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the trendy Palermo Soho neighborhood. The room was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. I loved the attention to detail in the decor. The breakfast provided was delicious and had everything I needed to start my day off right. The staff, especially Maxi, went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay and gave me great recommendations for things to do in the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

This made our trip so much easier as a large family. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in organizing transportation and suggesting family-friendly tours for us to enjoy during our stay. It saved us a lot of time and hassle, and made our vacation truly stress-free.

My wife says that the hotel could have had a larger play area for kids.

We stayed in a trendy area with amazing restaurants, shops, and bars. A friendly receptionist arranged cabs to the airport. The king bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had good pressure. The hot water was reliable, and the AC worked well. There was a small fridge and an iPod player.

The noise levels from surrounding bars made getting to sleep difficult at times.
